Want a daytime rooftop event? Just ask — daytime rooftop availability can be arranged.
*Hourly rentals are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Weekends require a minimum half-day rental. |

Absolutely! We’d love to show you around. Email us at [email protected] to set up a time.
Is there a kitchen on site?
Yes! The Skyline Meeting Room includes a small kitchen area with a sink, coffee machine, mugs, water glasses, and a Culligan water station for fresh, filtered water.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the Skyline space is only accessible by stairs and is not currently wheelchair accessible. We’re working toward more inclusive access in the future.
Can I bring food for my guests?
Yes, and we encourage it! Whether you want to BBQ on the rooftop or bring in catering, the space is food-friendly. You’re welcome to use the rooftop grill or support one of the many amazing restaurants on Broadway. A few local favorites: Yard & Flagon, Una, Calories, Amigo's, Las Palapas, Prairie Sun, Il Secondo, Odla... and so many more. (One of the perks of working on Broadway!)
Are there any restrictions for what type of meetings can be hosted in the space?
Broadway Collective reserves the right to review all bookings. We may decline any event that doesn’t align with our values or community guidelines. If you’re unsure, just reach out to [email protected], we’re happy to discuss.
Broadway Collective is a shared space and there may be other people using the office during the time of your booking. You agree to respect the space and the other people who may be in it. Please keep conversations to a respectable volume.
