How do I book a meeting room?
Click on the "Book Now" button above. This will take you to our meeting room scheduler where you can click the + icon in the bottom right of the page to book a meeting room. On your first visit, you'll be asked to input your email address and then you'll be able to enter your information and select which meeting room you want to book.
How often can I book a meeting room?
We want our meeting rooms to be accessible to everyone. Please be respectful with the amount of time and how often you book a meeting room for.
How do I cancel or reschedule a meeting room booking?
Click here to access the Meeting Room booking page. You can edit your personal bookings here and reschedule or remove a booking.
Anything I should know about setup/cleanup?
You are responsible for you own setup and cleanup, including putting garbage/recycling in the appropriate bins, washing any dishes that have been used. This also includes not damaging the hardwood meeting tables. Failure to leave the area in a clean and undamaged state could result in a cleaning fee. Your setup and cleanup time must be accounted for when booking your time.
My guests love food, any issues with feeding my attendees?
We love food too! You are welcome to bring food. Our favourites are Yard & Flagon, Una, Calories, Amigo's, Las Palapas, Sushi Haru, Prairie Sun Brewery, Szechuan Kitchen, Freshii, Il Secondo, Odla... too many to choose from! Isn't it great to work on Broadway?!
What happens if we break something in the space?
Send a quick email to [email protected] and let us know what was damaged. You may be subject to a damage fee to cover the replacement costs.
Are there any restrictions for what events can be hosted in the space?
Broadway Collective management reserves the right to monitor all events hosted on the premises, and also reserves the right to refuse space to any group that it considers inconsistent with the purpose and policies of Broadway Collective.
Broadway Collective is a shared space and there may be other people using the office during the time of your booking. You agree to respect the space and the other people who may be in it. Please keep conversations to a respectable volume.
