In line with Saskatchewan’s guidelines to date, we are taking the following precautions:
New Social Contract:
We are committed to reducing the risk of exposure and maintaining a healthy environment. We realize risk cannot be completely eliminated and we are relying on a collective effort to maintain a safe place for our members. Prior to arriving, all members will receive our new social contract, outlining etiquette and space use guidelines that encourage participation in protocols to achieve the highest standard of cleanliness in our spaces. We will rely on the thoughtfulness of every individual to embrace social distancing and follow the occupancy and spatial use guidelines throughout. Through a collaborative partnership, we are all responsible for keeping our fellow members safe.
New Occupancy Limits:
We will be implementing new policies and making recommendations for usage of our spaces. These are essential to reducing risk and allowing minimal disruption of operations in the event of a positive COVID-19 case. As of today, we are planning to limit occupancy to no more than 10 people in the coworking space at a time.
Disclosure of Covid Exposure:
We require any Broadway Collective member who tests positive for COVID-19 to disclose their status to Broadway Collective staff immediately. That member will not be permitted to return for a minimum of 14 days or until they’ve been cleared to do so by their doctor.
Positive Cases of Covid:
Should a Broadway Collective member test positive for COVID-19, Broadway Collective will share this information, as well as all contact and space usage with members. The identity of all confirmed positive cases will remain confidential. Broadway Collective will take all necessary steps as they relate to our confirmed-case best practices, up to and including deep cleaning, disinfection, and temporary closures. Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 should not return to Broadway Collective until they have made a full recovery and been permitted to return by their doctor having waited a minimum of 14 days since their positive test results.
Presumptive cases of Covid:
Should a Broadway Collective member exhibit any symptoms that lead them to suspect they may have contracted COVID-19, or if a member has had contact with anyone they believe has COVID-19, they should reach out to Broadway Collective staff, respectively, to determine next steps. Anyone exhibiting any symptoms should not return to Broadway Collective until they have been symptom-free for 14 days or have been cleared to do so by their doctor.
Tables and desks have been marked with the max occupancy per table. Though larger tables may fit more people, we ask that chairs be kept at their respective tables to maintain 2 meters of distance between members. Where possible we are implementing social distancing guidelines, limiting occupancy, and expanding meeting rooms and Broadway Collective Underground to accommodate overflow.
Masks are now mandatory in public spaces in Saskatoon (Beginning on November 6, 2020 for 28 days and possibly extended). When entering this building and when you are moving around you are required to be wearing a mask at all times. You are not required to wear a mask while you are working or while you are eating, as long as you are more than 6 feet away from anyone else.
NOTE: For the next 28 days (beginning November 6, 2020), masks WILL be mandatory within shared spaced.
However, you do not have to wear a mask while you are physically distanced at your work station or while you are eating.
